My uncle had started a small online store using Facebook. His products were high quality, his prices were fair, and he was committed to growing. 

But soon, he realized that to reach more customers and build real trust, he needed a proper website and digital marketing.

The problem? His working capital was low. Like many small entrepreneurs, he couldn’t afford expensive agency fees. But he still hired a local agency—hoping it would be a smart investment.

Unfortunately, the agency provided poor service. They overpromised, underdelivered, and failed to create any meaningful results. Instead of helping his business grow, they left him with more losses and zero progress.

That experience opened my eyes.
